Who We Are
At Bracket Co., we believe your CPA should be an active part of your business, not someone you only hear from at tax time. That's why our firm is focused exclusively on business tax preparation, proactive tax planning, and year-round advisory services for business owners.
Meet the team
We're committed to continually improving our knowledge and serving the business community well. As members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Private Companies Practice Section (PCPS), the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, and the Asheville Area Business Association, we stay connected to both our profession and the local business community. We also believe in giving back and regularly volunteer throughout Asheville.
The relationships we build are at the heart of everything we do. Meet the team behind Bracket Co.

Justin Bledsoe, CPA, with more than 15 years of experience in public accounting and private industry, believes the best CPA relationships are built on communication, education, and planning, not just conversations during tax season. He enjoys helping clients understand the "why" behind their numbers so they can make smarter decisions with confidence and focus on growing the businesses they've worked hard to build.
Outside the office, Justin enjoys taking on new challenges and staying active. He's completed a Kona Ironman triathlon, has logged more scuba dives at night than during the day, enjoys golfing, and loves experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

Katie Bledsoe leads client experience and operations at Bracket Co., helping ensure every business owner receives a responsive, organized, and personalized experience. From onboarding new clients to improving internal systems and communication, Katie is passionate about creating a seamless process that allows entrepreneurs to focus on running their businesses while knowing their CPA team has their back.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys getting her hands dirty, whether it's throwing pottery, tending her vegetable and flower gardens, hiking the beautiful trails of Western North Carolina, or lacing up her skates for a hockey game.
